Ultra-Heavy-Duty Bracket for Minn Kota Brushless Motor--Presale
This ultra-heavy-duty bracket is specifically designed for the large size and increased thrust of Minn Kota’s brushless motor versions, making it ideal for use on large vessels. It significantly enhances the structural connection between the trolling motor and the boat hull.
The bracket is secured using 7 M8 stainless steel bolts, 4 of which pass through the gunnel, providing exceptional holding strength. Each bolt delivers up to 2,500 kg of tensile strength and 1,500 kg of shear strength.
Additionally, 8 aluminum alloy rivets (6.4 mm in diameter) have been added for reinforcement, each offering 340 kg of tensile strength and 490 kg of shear strength.
The bracket has been meticulously optimized for strength-to-weight performance, featuring a lightweight design without compromising durability. It is CNC-machined from a single solid block of 6061 aluminum alloy and treated with anodized aluminum surface finishing for superior corrosion resistance in marine environments.
