The EMD M3624UHD/M5025UHD Ultra Heavy-Duty Bolt-On Trolling Motor Bracket is engineered for large Minn Kota brushless motor series, as well as the Minn Kota Riptide Terrova Quest and Minn Kota Riptide Instinct Quest models. It features an enlarged top mounting area for maximum strength and reliability under extreme conditions, supporting heavy trolling motors up to 120 lb (e.g., 80/100 lb and 90/115 lb thrust). Mount weight: 7.8 kg.
Specifically designed to accommodate the increased size and thrust of Minn Kota’s brushless motors, this ultra-heavy-duty bracket is ideal for use on large vessels, significantly enhancing the structural connection between the trolling motor and the boat hull.
The bracket is secured with 7 × M8 stainless steel bolts, four of which pass through the gunnel, providing exceptional holding strength. Each bolt offers up to 2,500 kg of tensile strength and 1,500 kg of shear strength. For additional reinforcement, 10 × 6.4 mm aluminum alloy rivets are included, each providing 340 kg of tensile strength and 490 kg of shear strength.
Optimized for strength-to-weight performance, the bracket combines lightweight design with superior durability. It is CNC-machined from a single solid block of 6061 aluminum alloy and finished with an anodized surface treatment to ensure excellent corrosion resistance in marine environments.
